I am a dedicated, driven and hard working individual. An interest in all aspects of the kitchen from hot to cold kitchen as well as pastry and desserts. My approach has been to always work on achieving minimum waste within the kitchen and bring out the most of a particular ingredient. I believe Attention to detail is key and therefore focus on a quality over quantity mindset. Managing staff and a team is crucial in building a strong relationship within a kitchen. Thus, it is important to me to build a strong moral within the team as this ultimately show in the end product. I am very approachable and open to new ideas. I am always willing to learn from those around me as I believe there will always be something that someone can teach you, regardless of their position in the kitchen. I enjoy showcasing local ingredients for what they are, being simplistic yet elegant, to bring out the most of the product.
