As a paralegal I have recently drafted legal documentation for a High Court case relating to Family law where in the Applicant sought to evoke the First respondent's parental rights, I was able to trace and submit legal and factual evidence to state the applicant had no substance in her claims and that most of the supporting evidence and reports were not truthful. This case file was more than eight years in the making and the court files were enormous. I have a remote station setup at home and have no time limits. I have a small basis of legal terminology but I am enrolling in additional courses with Gawie Le Roux to increase my portfolio.
