SUMMARY

Our client in the Aviation Sector has an opportunity for a Digital Solutions Engineer to oversee Digital innovation initiatives, Implement and guide best practices within the digital solutions frameworks, and lead cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Policy development
Identifying continuous improvement and Automation activities
Providing Solutions and Architecture
Training Initiatives
Leading on large (multiple) projects
Ensuring integration of frameworks based on strategy
Designing, driving and execute digital innovations
Stakeholder Management, Vendor management, Change Management
Driving continuous improvements and digital innovations methodologies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Degree
Minimum of 10 years’ experience, of which, 3 must have been in a lead role;
Proven experience leading successful projects in digital transformation and innovation;
Extensive experience in digital innovation and transformation;
Expert in the areas of digitization and digital transformation;
Extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems;
AGILE Project Management
