Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer – Gauteng

The Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs for the sales representatives.
The trainer will ensure that sales representatives have a thorough understanding of the products they will detail to healthcare professionals, including features, benefits, and clinical data. The trainer will also equip the representatives with effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance standards to maximize product awareness and achieve sales objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine (advanced degree preferred) together with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales training preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry.

Position will be both office and field based with regular travel to training locations and company offices.

Flexibility will be required to work outside of office hours as needed, to accommodate training schedules.
