SUMMARY

Our client a leader in the agricultural sector, with over four decades of pioneering in the pest control solutions space, is looking to employ a Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s profitability through developing and managing an integrated brand and marketing strategy, and marketing programs designed to drive further brand loyalty and directly impact sales in-store. You will bring shopper insights back into strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and managing the marketing strategy for current and new agreed market opportunities, defining the implementation process, reporting on the success of projects, and proposing corrective actions if necessary
Developing and implementing appropriate policies, procedures, and systems in the department to ensure best practice processes to ensure the effective functioning of the department and reduce the risk of business loss
Developing, managing and implementing the brand strategy to ensure and manage the integrity and usage of the brand internally and externally across all mediums
Manage the internal and external Corporate Identity and Communications Strategy
Grow the brand by identifying new market opportunities based on solid market research and profit projections
Managing P&L, trade spend budget and ensure monthly tracking and reporting
Management of website and social media content
Managing external marketing service providers
Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analyses.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing
5 years experience in Brand and Marketing Management
Must come from the FMCG industry
